Maintenance Technician (Tampa)

Multifamily property management company is seeking a highly motivated, HVAC certified Maintenance Tech to join our team.
This is a full time position, Mon-Fri with on call rotation. We offer competitive pay, Paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, and 401K.
Responsibilities:
*Customer Service
*Grounds Maintenance
*Complete service requests in a timely manner
*Complete make-readies in a timely manner
*Paint/drywall repairs
*Trouble shooting, repairing and replacing HVAC
*On call rotation
Requirements:
*HVAC Certification
*Must pass a drug test
*Must pass a Background check
*Own your own vehicle
*Must have min 3 years plumbing/electrical/HVAC experience
*Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
*Strong communication skills
