Multi-family property, located in Dunedin, Florida is seeking experienced maintenance technician with knowledge in all phases and aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Qualified candidate must be able to assume an on-call position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prioritization/completion of service requests
- Maintenance of building systems, equipment, tools and supplies
- Inspections of building systems and community equipment
- Providing assistance to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Completing market ready turnover of vacant apartments
- Ability to work independently without constant oversight from supervisors
- Daily cleanup of grounds
- Reliable transportation for commuting between properties
- Performing work in accordance with established OSHA safety guidelines
- On-call
- EPA Universal Certification (may be obtained within 60 days of employment)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour
Experience:
