If you have the following, they want to hear from you:
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Maintenance knowledge that includes carpentry, electrical, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, painting, drywall, buffing and waxing, etc.
- Your own tools
