The Liberty Group is seeking Grounds Keepers and Make Ready Technicians for openings throughout the Hillsborough County Area for an IMMEDIATE start!
- Grounds Keeper/Porters: Maintain apartment community’s grounds, assist maintenance team and address common areas via janitorial and lawn care tasks.*
* Make Ready Technicians: Ensure that vacant units meet the established quality standards for re-leasing by performing technical and mechanical work such as minor electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs, painting, etc.*
All positions require candidates to have reliable transportation. Make Ready Technicians will be required to have their own tools.
