As a working Service Manager, you will work closely with your support team: Community Manager, District Manager, Regional Project manager, and Regional VP.
We are looking for experienced maintenance professional who is a self-starter with a can do attitude, good communication skills and takes initiative! This position is full time and requires experience in Appliance Repair, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, General Maintenance for Apartment Turns and work orders. You want to have basic hand tools, valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation, and be able to pass background and drug testing to be eligible.
General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
