Small Apartment Community in the North Saint Petersburg/Pinellas Park area is seeking a Part-Time Porter for the property. The Porter Responsibilities include: * Cleaning the Leasing Office & Fitness Center (3x per week including sweep/mop/dusting) * Empty office trash cans (Daily) * Clean Pool Area (Daily) * Walk Property to pick up trash, cigarette butts,etc (Daily) * Assist Maint Supervisor with cleaning vacant apartments (As Needed) * Change AC Filters & Walk Units with Pest Control Service (Every Monday) Applicant will be working on the property and must present a professional, pleasant and CAN-DO Attitude. This position is Monday – Friday, 8am – 1pm. Average 25 hours per week. Applicant Notice: Please have some sort of property maintenance, porter, cleaning background.
