Leading Property Management Company has an immediate opening for a Porter in the Clearwater, Florida. Maintain apartment community building hallways and breezeways free of debris as necessary. Assist Maintenance Supervisor with turns and minor repairs.

Essential Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Daily cleaning of Rental office, Clubhouse, Model, Laundry rooms, Fitness center and Service shop, building breezeways and hallways.
- Keep grounds and common areas free of debris, leaves and trash.
- Perform janitor position duties when necessary.
- Assist with turns and furniture moving
- Transport items that weigh up to 100 lbs
