Apartment Porter (P/T) – Duval Park (Saint Petersburg)

Part-Time Porter for Apartment Complex.

The porter is responsible for beautification and minor service requests at the Apartment Community.

Responsibilities include:

* Cleaning the Clubhouse, Bathrooms, Pool Area & Fitness Center/Equipment on a daily basis.

* Walking the property to clean up litter on a daily basis.

* Do minor service requests (Change batteries in smoke detectors, change light bulbs, make keys, etc)

* Pressure wash pool area & building exterior on a regular basis.

* Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with minor tasks.

There is a background check & pre-employment drug screening. EOE.

The position is Monday – Friday, 8am to 1pm daily

$10.00 per hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 /hour

Experience:

• Cleaning or Janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)

Typical end time:

• 1PM
