Allore Management is seeking select qualified individuals to be part of our team for a new app called AptStaf that allows for self-service staffing. The app is completely FREE, and specific to the multi-family industry. It also allows you to control your own schedule and work as much, or as little, as you would like right from your smartphone!

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage and connect with potential and existing residents.
- Tour and/or maintain sell the community’s amenities.
- Assess tenant needs, resolve and/or escalate to management as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
- Leasing professional must have prior experience with Yardi, OneSite, Rent Roll, Blue Moon, or other leasing software.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing is a plus.
- Certified HVAC, EPA, CAM, Real Estate, etc.
Required Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in multi-family industry required.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- 18+ years or older.

- Yardi: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
