| Fountain Palms Apartment is hiring: Property Maintenance
Part -time 6-8 hrs, 4-5 days a week. Monday – Friday 9am -4pm. Flexible hours
$12-15hr depending on experience
1hr break, Incentives based on performance
Minor experience necessary
Must Possess:
- Ability to assist in turnover of apartments : assist or make A/C maintenance/repairs, light plumbing and electrical, painting, laminate floor and/or tile replacement, patch and repair drywall.
- Landscape /maintain grounds and other related work
- Working with property manager and reporting to supervisor on all issues.
- Willingness to learn and be taught new things
- Training period is required, will be paid @ $10hr. Candidate and pay will be assessed based on performance.
- Must arrive promptly and ready to work
