Fountain Palms Apartment is hiring: Property Maintenance
Part -time 4-7 hrs, 4-5 days a week. Monday – Friday 9am -4pm. Flexible hours
$12-15hr depending on experience
1hr break, Incentives based on performance
Minor experience necessary
Must Possess:
- Ability to assist in turnover of apartments : assist A/C maintenance/repairs, minor plumbing and electrical, painting, cleaning
- Landscape /maintain grounds
- Willingness to learn and be taught new things. We will train and assess performance
- Training/working period is required, will be paid @ $10hr. Candidate and pay will be assessed based on performance and experience
- Must arrive promptly , be reliable and ready to work
