We are seeking an Apartment Property Manager to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant transactions including applications, move-in papers, leases, notices, collections, processing evictions,
- Prepare Section 8 paperwork timely and coordinate Section 8 initial and annual reviews.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Update make ready board and Inspect units for move-in and move-out
- Oversee management of keys and changing of unit locks.
- Tour available units and make sure units are ready 48 hours prior to move-in.
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience in property management
- Familiarity with real estate leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
