As a Property Manager with Elon, you will work closely with your support team: Service Manager and District Manager. We work together as a team to ensure we are delivering quality housing with excellent customer service while keeping the owner’s best interest in mind.

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
o The ability to be a strong, confident, and friendly multifamily professional who deliver excellent customer service at all times, even when under pressure.
o The ability to work independently making smart decisions while also working together as a team
o Experience in Yardi and/or offer excellent computer skills able to navigate company software
o The desire to walk your community daily. Our managers and leasing professionals are walking apartment homes daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard
o Excitement for organizing and promoting monthly resident events
o Ideally no less than 1-2 years of multi-family experience.
o Strong sales and marketing ideas with follow-through
o The ability to multi-task
o Must be a proven leader, professionally represent the community and company at all times
o A strong eye for detail; our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times. “Inspect what you expect”
