General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic, energetic Property Manager for the Brandon area. You will be responsible for the overall success of an apartment community. Your responsibilities will include: maintaining occupancy and budget, providing outstanding customer service to residents and guests, and overseeing the Leasing team and Service Supervisor. Our ideal candidate should be business minded; goal oriented, and lead by example.
To be considered for this role you will need at least 3 years experience as a Property Manager, have an excellent sense of time management and be self-motivated by the success of others.

Essential Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
1. Achievement of apartment community goals that include, occupancy, quality apartment product, customer service, resident retention, quality turnover, and efficiency of budgeted operations.
2. Manage the daily operation of leasing and service departments. This includes, resident complaints, emergency procedures, move-ins, renewals, maintenance work orders, purchase orders, work inspection, move-out procedures and apartment turnovers.
3. Accountable for the property budget.
4. Responsible for all daily operation as it relates to MRI/other software.
5. Ensure asset preservation through the property checklist, while walking the community and its amenities.
