Responsibilities and Duties
Duties to include but not limited to taking leasing calls, conducting property tours, leasing, rent collection, coordinating work orders, scheduling contractors, and other tasks typically associated with apartment community operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience is preferred. In order for you to succeed in this position, you must enjoy a sales environment, be energetic, highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
