Full Job Description
Professional Management Company offering a great benefit package and opportunity for growth is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage an apartment community in Tampa Florida.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working in apartment industry.
Experience with MS Office and AMSI management software is a plus.

Responsibilities and Expectations will include:
- Meeting revenue goals by collecting rents and managing delinquency.
- Managing property expenses inline with budget. Reviewing and processing accounts payables. Understanding current market and economic trends that may impact the property and implement short and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve the property’s occupancy and revenue goals.
- Promoting resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
- Supporting resident retention through monthly community interactive events.
- Ensure the property’s maintenance team members comply with the company’s standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections and take appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness and general appearance and appeal on a daily basis.
- Supervise, support and motivate property staff by interviewing, hiring, orienting, training and leading by example.
- Inspect all make ready units as well as move outs to ensure units are up to standard and that proper charges are incurred if necessary.
