Apartment Regional Specialist – General Services Corporation (Brandon)

If you answered yes to all of these questions then we would like to talk to you! We need a rock star to join our team as a Regional Specialist. You would be a subject matter expert on our property management software, and help everyone else understand and use the application. There is also a data analyst portion to this role as you will provide reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.

Top candidates for this role will:

• Be able to demonstrate a history of good problem solving skills;
• Be able to show us how you would teach someone else how to use the software;
• An analytical ability to see trends when looking at data and communicate those trends to management effectively;
• Have great customer service skills that make people want to reach out to you for information and never appear condescending;
• Have experience in the Property Management field;
• And ideally have 3 years or more of experience working with MRI Real Estate Software or another package like Yardi.
