KNOWLEDGE WITH RECERTIFICATIONS FOR TAX CREDIT & TAMPA HOUSING (HUD) IS A MUST. MUST BE BILINGUAL.
Professional COMMUNICATION & Customer Service skills.
Assistant Manager exp is a plus.
Will handle lease paperwork, show apartments, take tenant work orders for MAINTENANCE work needed.
Do not apply if you do not have leasing or rental experience with residential.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
PAY $16 AN HOUR
MON-FRI, possibly some Saturdays.
