Job Description
Franklin Street Valuation Advisory, our appraisal services division, is currently seeking mid and senior level, state certified general (commercial) Appraisers for all property types including but not limited to multi and single tenant retail properties, office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels and motels, land, and residential subdivisions.
Candidates should be detail oriented, work independently to meet deadlines, have good communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive writing skills and excellent problem solving skills.
We provide added compensation to designated appraisers, compensate associates for successful completion of course work in their pursuit of MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute, and a competitive compensation package, health benefits and significant company resources.
Our geographic coverage is primarily comprised of the southeast U.S. with a concentration in Florida and Georgia served by offices in Tampa, Miami, Key West, and Atlanta, Georgia. We have a national clientele which presents a unique opportunity for travel in the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina and points beyond. Franklin Street offers a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and ARGUS required.
- Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited college or university required.
- State Certification required. (Florida or Georgia)
