Apt Maintenance/Manager
On site Apartment Maintenance/Manager 3720 76th St. N. St Pete FL
Seeking a mature, self motivated individual (preferably couple) with exp on handling all the maintenance with some business related responsibilities for a 52 unit Apt complex. The candidate will be required to live on the property and have a clean background with good and verifiable employment history. The property is well maintained, clean and orderly with good long-term residents…mostly 55+
The property consists of (2) 3 story buildings; each building consisting of a mix of 26 units, clubhouse and pool. Pool is contracted to a pool service company, The property has been recently painted, pool renovation and new re-roof for all buildings.
Duties:
Would include but not limited to:
1. Handling all minor maintenance for the units, plumbing and breaker issues. Turning over the apartment, which would involve painting, any sink or tub issues. Carpet and flooring is contracted out to a third party. Other duties would include changing out water heaters, if necessary. Must be A/C certified for Freon recharge and or replacing of units…Air handler/condenser. Some drywall repair (minimum), some carpentry and minor appliance repair. Property grounds is handled by an outside vendor.
2. Keeping laundry rooms clean and orderly.
3. Posting of rental receipts and any notice that is warranteed.
4. Handling renewal of leases and assisting with interviewing of new residents.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, a large one bedroom unit is given with all utilities paid. Work days: Tues thru Saturday. Candidate would live on property.
