$18 to $24 per hour
THE POSITION HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE OPERATIONS UNDER THEIR CONTROL ARE MANAGED EFFECTIVELY. TO ENSURE THAT ALL DOCUMENTATION, PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES ARE UNDER CONTROL AND ON SCHEDULE TO MAINTAIN GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS. TO DIRECT ATTENTION TO INTERNAL POLICY AND PROCEDURE ADHERENCE.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals and deadlines
Experience with data entry, AP, AR, POs and Subcontracts
Experience in the construction industry
Experience with SAGE
First 90 days on site after that 50/50 remote and in office
