We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced architect / project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, and at least 10- years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement architectural plans
● Prepare and present project proposals to clients
● Manage a team of design professionals to complete large-scale projects
● Manage budgets and timelines
● Business development involvement seeking new clients
● Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
● Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in architecture
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
● At least 10 years of experience in the field
● Knowledge of real estate development and large-scale amenities
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to manage a consultant team
