Full Job Description
A world-class, industry leading architectural design group currently has a position available for an Architectural Project Manager. This role would receive generous base salaries, outstanding benefits package (that includes medical, vision, dental, life, and a 401K plan) along with other terrific perks.
Required work experience includes:
- Architectural License highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience within the Architectural or Engineering industry working with Senior Living Facility or similar projects
- Must have established experience in a leadership role developing and maintaining projects, budgets and schedules, and coordinating team efforts.
- Familiar with Revit and AutoCAD and able to interpret schematics
- Proficient in coordinating conceptual, design and technical reviews, and conducting QA audits
