The Area CAM / Branch Manager manages the branch office and staff in the Tampa market and builds relationships with area developers for the purpose of retaining existing customer base and developing new business; and may manage a small portfolio of properties. This is an exempt position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors in Business Development, Business Administration preferred
  • Florida CAM License with 10 years progressive experience in the areas of Community Association Management and 5 years of experience as a people / staff manager
  • Ability to speak both English and Spanish a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook * Caliber / Strong Room Experience a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
