AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Represent Lincoln Harris CSG in daily interactions with our health care real estate clients, tenants, and prospective tenants. SUMMARY Under the direction of the Regional Director, oversees the coordination of major projects and company initiatives on a regional basis for over 1.8 million square feet. Manages and coordinates general duties of Property Managers within region. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee Property Managers supervising staffs of Administrative Assistants, and Facility Maintenance Technicians. Act in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
