AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Represent Lincoln Harris CSG in daily interactions with our health care real estate clients, tenants, and prospective tenants.

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Regional Director, oversees the coordination of major projects and company initiatives on a regional basis for over 1.8 million square feet. Manages and coordinates general duties of Property Managers within region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Manages the region’s property management operation
  • Standardization and consistency of processes, reports, etc. for the client & Lincoln Harris CSG
  • Relationship management to the client Regional Asset Manager(s)
  • Analyze relevant data to determine solutions for reaching financial goals
  • Document cost savings
  • Coordination of Property Management with the Construction, A & D, Operations and Accounting resources within the client and Lincoln Harris CSG.
  • Strategic planning
  • Oversight, management, and motivation of Property Managers
  • Compliance with the client contract
  • Safety awareness and promotion
  • Additional duties as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee Property Managers supervising staffs of Administrative Assistants, and Facility Maintenance Technicians. Act in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years in commercial real estate property management field in a management position
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • Experience with preparation of annual property budgets, accruals, income statements, forecasting, and variance analyses
  • Project management experience
  • Management of large personnel base
  • Relationship management with executive level client

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • IREM Certified Property Manager designation or candidate is preferred
  • IFMA designation or candidate is preferred
  • RPA designation or candidate is preferred
  • Florida Real Estate license designation or candidate preferred

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively and tactfully with a broad range of individuals
  • Excellent organizational skills and must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Results oriented
  • Effective problem solving and dispute resolution skills
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, positivity, and effective management and motivational skills
