Life Storage has an immediate opening for an Area Manager to oversee operations at properties in the Tampa, FL area. This position requires a primary residence within the territory.
Objective: To provide the necessary management of assets and development of people to ensure a maximum net operating income (NOI) and the creation of an image in support of all initiatives, procedures and policies for Life Storage.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly store visits
- Development and implementation of regional marketing plans
- Budgeting
- Recruiting and motivating sales force
- Progressive discipline
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
- P&L, Marketing and supervisory experience required
- Regional supervision or Multi-property Management experience preferred.
