As the Area Manager your primary responsibility will be to provide a professional first impression to all customers. You will ensure compliance with contract specifications, respond to customer requests and complaints. You may also perform or assist with cleaning duties, as necessary.
Additional responsibilities include:
-Manage multiple sites
-Establishing and implementing operations standards
-Investigating complaints about service and equipment
-Previous P & L responsibility
-Maintaining accurate facilities records
-Ability to report and manage payroll
-Ability to recruit and hire personnel
-Ability to manage inspections
Job Requirements
As an Area Manager, you must have a high sense of urgency as it is your responsibility to ensure that facilities are cleaned properly and on schedule. We are also seeking someone with a flexible schedule that allows for both day and evening shifts.
Additional requirements include:
-Must be willing to travel
-Bilingual in English/Spanish
-Labor & Supplies budgeting experience
-Microsoft Office applications experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
