The Regional Manager is responsible for leading managers of the on-site teams including accountability of the financial performance of the property, maintaining the physical asset, training and recruitment, oversight of marketing activities, revenue management oversight and review of all purchasing.
CREA Management believes in providing support to their teams and cares deeply about their assets. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management and 2 years of experience as a Regional or Area Manager. We offer excellent pay and benefits along with work-life integration.
