Asset Manager

TempExperts is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Manager with a strong background in rent calculation to join a well-established company in St. Petersburg, FL.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our portfolio of assets, ensuring accurate rent calculations, and maximizing returns on investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Rent Calculation: Perform accurate rent calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations to ensure compliance with lease agreements and market standards.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess asset performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making processes.
- Lease Management: Manage lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations to optimize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, rent collections, and financial metrics to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all assets comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED. Associates Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of property management experience.
- 3+ years conducting annual re-examinations and interim examinations preferred.
- 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
- Proven experience in asset management, with a focus on rent calculation and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in calculations and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
