Assistant Apartment Manager – General Services Corporation /GSC Apartments (Largo)

Leading Property Management Company has an immediate opening for an Assistant Property Manager in Largo FL. Previous property management experience required. Responsible for assisting the property manager with the daily operations of the property. Experience with MRI preferred.Outstanding sales abilities and one year leasing experience in a computerized environment required. Some supervisory experience preferred. Must have own transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Essential Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :

1. Conduct any and all communications with our customers, prospects, applicants, residents, or coworkers in a manner consistent with the Company’s CustomerService Program and philosophy.

2. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

3. Insuring company policies and procedures are followed by staff members in theabsence of the Property Manager.

4. Accountable for the property budget as set forth in Company guidelines.

5. Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and keeping vacancies to a minimum:

6. Leasing Office Operations:

a. Assisting Property Manager to ensure policy and procedure are followed.

b. Maintaining a professional and attractive appearance in the rental office andmodel: plants, accessories and furnishings.

c. Daily file maintenance.

d. Collecting Delinquent rent.

e. Handling move-out processing

f. Entering resident rent payments into MRI and making bank depositsg.

Assisting with and promoting social activities as needed.

Candidate must be available to work one Saturday a month.
