Looking for three new employees to assist the Broker Owner and Commercial Director in franchise growth. Oversees the operational aspects of a Century 21 real estate franchise. Brokerage involved in residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing. Property management and agent recruiting skills essential. Knowledge of Dash is a plus. Sales License and Brokers license a plus. Experience with any of the Realogy Brands is a plus. Highly motivated to grow with the company. Assist and support administrative and field staff to maximize sale and property management performance. Skilled at agent mentoring and training. A person with Matterport, drone and photography skills a plus.
