The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking an Assistant City Attorney with a minimum 3 years’ experience in General Government and Land Use Law or commensurate experience. Candidates must be an active Florida Bar member in good standing. Successful applicant will possess the right mix of experience, skills and work ethic.
