We are seeking a full-time commercial assistant property manager to join our team. We own and operate shopping centers throughout Florida and Georgia and are planning to grow the portfolio considerably within the next 4 years. Our customers are our tenants and we strive to provide them with a high-level of service.

You would be mentored by our Tampa-Based Senior Property Manager, however having at least 2 years of prior experience in property management is a requirement. We currently own 4 shopping centers in West Florida and 2 in Central Florida. An office will be created in one of the vacancies, however, the position requires frequent visits to our properties throughout Central Florida as well as West Florida. There will also be occasional meetings in South Florida and Jacksonville with other team members.
Duties (abridged)
- Resolve tenants’ issues (roof leaks, maintenance requests)
- Coordinate with maintenance teams (in-house and 3rd party)
- Oversee security (if applicable)
- vendor contract selection, vendor’s contract supervision
- Oversee Tenant Improvement construction
- Building construction supervision
- Oversee compliance projects (ADA and otherwise)
- Attend municipal meetings (as needed)
- Organize property events (as needed)
- Visit and inspect each property on a Bi-Monthly basis.
- Prepare annual budgets and execute the operations strategy of each property

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
