Job Summary

The Assistant Community Leader is the right hand to the Community Leader for the Community Store.

Duties include but are not limited to, leading staff through successful shifts, counting and managing inventory, orders, coaching staff, and impacting the community in a positive way.

Qualifications and Skills

No experience is necessary, however, said person must be kind and have a gracious serving heart. They must be willing to go the extra mile for the guest’s experience at all times, and must be a positive role model day to day in the Community for the Maple Street Brand.
