Job Location Details
IMT Residential is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for IMT Boot Ranch, 432-unit community in Palm Harbor.
Position Overview
The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager in ensuring a positive working environment, quality community living, and a high standard of operations to meet IMT’s objectives.
- Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service that will build lasting relationships
- Perform bookkeeping including rent collection, delinquency and move-out statements
- Lease available apartments
- Renew existing leases
- Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Conduct market research, project leasing activity, and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs
- Use MRI software to enter information and pull various reports
- Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Community Manager

- Multi-family housing experience
- General knowledge of property bookkeeping and the desire to learn more about financials
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- The ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment
- The ability to make sound business decisions
- A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills
- College education helpful
- Availability to work weekends may be required because that is when many customers and your team may need you
- Computer skills with MRI experience a plus
