We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist in all phases of the operation of the property: general administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, collection of rent, and control of all personnel and resources, so the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition and with a stabilized fiscal operation.

Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:

  • Collect rents and work delinquent accounts;
  • Make rent deposits, post rent payments;
  • Process invoices for payment;
  • Maintain records, reports and files;
  • Assist with eviction in rent agreement violation cases;
  • Process utility reads;
  • Prepare and process leases and related forms;
  • Resolve customer and public complaints;
  • Assist in planning resident activities;
  • Move-ins/Move-outs, giving special attention to mobile home inspections prior to move-in;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required;
  • 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred;
  • Knowledge of collection process preferred;
  • Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management based software preferred;
  • Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment;
  • It is expected and required that all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedure;
  • Adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance services.
