For consideration, candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position
- Multi-Family Housing experience, preferably student-housing
- Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and mentor team members to perform at this level of excellence
- Experience in a sales environment,
- Strong written, verbal and technical skills
- Ability to motivate, lead and mentor a team
