For consideration, candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position
• Multi-Family Housing experience, preferably student-housing
• Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and mentor team members to perform at this level of excellence
• Experience in a sales environment,
• Strong written, verbal and technical skills
• Ability to motivate, lead and mentor a team
