The Collier Companies, the largest private owner/operator in Multi-Family Housing in the country, is currently seeking experienced Assistant and Community Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience as a successful Manager strongly preferred for Community Manager position. At least 1 year of experience in a supervising role for Assistant Manager
  • Background in Conventional leasing is a plus!
  • Ability to lead, mentor and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of marketing plan implementation.
  • Knowledge of capital projects/maintenance knowledge.
  • Ability to manage a financial plan.
  • Background in accounts payables and receivables
  • Strong technical skills and experience with Entrata is a plus!
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach.
  • Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards.
  • Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.
  • Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.
