Assistant Community Manager (Apartments)
United National Employment Solutions is proud to announce the addition of a fantastic opportunity for a superb Assistant Community Manager for a national multifamily leader. The ASM works closely with the Community Manager and the leasing staff, maintenance employees and vendors to operate the most highly desired living accommodations in the Tampa/Largo/Clearwater area.
This person is dynamic, with a magnetic smile and impeccable customer service skills. This person is capable of wearing many hats, meeting deadlines and immediately assisting the varying needs of residents at the community. This person has the desire to learn, be mentored and one day become a Community Manager and the desire to allow those around them to win daily.
We seek recent experience in the multifamily industry and knowledge of all applicable laws related to leasing for the state of Florida. While we seek current management experience, we will also consider rock star leasing coordinators who seek to move into a management role.
