Assistant Community Manager – Village at Terra Bella

The Village at Terra Bella is located in Land O’ Lakes, FL with easy access to I-75.  You are only minutes away from some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.  This 311-unit community features high end amenities, a resort-style swimming pool, peace of mind of a gated community, clubhouse and cyber cafe, sports lounge, game room, and garages.

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with day to day operations at the community. The Assistant Manager monitors and enforces compliance with all company policies and procedures, will assist with the supervision of leasing and maintenance staff, and oversee rent collection and delinquency. As the back-up for the Community Manager they are responsible for profitability, cost, control, and maintaining operating budget. They serve as a representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland’s high standards of customer service and quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Experience in multifamily property management or hotel management
  • Experience managing staff
  • Ability and desire to advertise and market the community
  • Experience with MRI software preferred
