Creative Contractors is one of the largest General Contractor and Construction Management Firms specializing in institutional and commercial construction throughout the greater Tampa Bay, Lakeland, and Sarasota area for the past 50 years. We are currently looking to fill the position of Project Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to grow with us.
CCI has an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager with at least 2-3 years of experience.
Assistant Project Manager should have good communication and listening skills and have the ability to understand and read plans, specifications, product data and shop drawings. The APM will prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes, along with updating contract documents with ASI’s, Proposal Requests and answers to Request for information. Understanding Procore project management software, excel, word, and Bluebeam software is a plus. Experience in education and healthcare are preferred.
Type: Full-time Hours: 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.
Please Note: traveling around the greater Tampa Bay/ Lakeland/Sarasota area is required.
Office Location: Lakeland / Clearwater / Sarasota
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 days sick pay, 401K, insurance, vehicle / fuel allowance, yearly bonus.
