Immediate opportunity in a newly created position as Assistant Controller for a premier, locally owned and operated community association management firm in Seminole. Prefer candidate with experience working in a similar field. This is a full time position.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Preparation and approval of monthly financial reports.
  • Supervise accounts payable and financial reporting.
  • Year End Statements
  • Assist Managers with annual budget preparation
  • Special projects.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office-Excel as well as experience with accounting software, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accounting or Finance degree and prior supervisory experience is preferred.
