The Palm Beach County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of an Assistant County Attorney.  Membership in The Florida Bar is required.  Excellent academic record and effective oral and written communication skills are essential.  A minimum of five (5) years’ legal work experience is preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered.  Must have ability to represent the County in various types of local government civil matters and provide legal advice to departmental, administrative, and elected officials.   Experience in local government, transactional law, land use, building or construction law is preferred.  Must have diligent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.  Great benefits, competitive salary based on experience.
