Assistant Detail Location Manager – Magic One (Tampa)

Magic One is looking to hire experienced an Assistant Detail Location Manager in the Tampa/Clearwater, Florida area.

As an  Assistant Detail Location Manager will perform these duties and will also be responsible for general supervision, quality control, and opening or closing duties.

Responsibilities and Duties –

  • Clean interior and exterior of vehicles (including but not limited to: wash, rinse, clean, polish, vacuum, dust, buff, wax, stain-removal, and other basic job duties)
  • Inspect personal work performed for maximum quality assurance
  • Record autos serviced for production and electronic billing
  • Maintain clean equipment, tools, supplies, and service area
  • Provide excellent customer service and positive attitude toward dealership and coworkers

Additional Responsibilities and Duties –

  • General supervision of work performed by Automotive Detailers
  • Inspection and quality control of detail services performed
  • Opening and/or closing duties
  • Communication with dealership management

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
  • Successfully complete pre-employment background check
  • Capacity to sustain quality work in an independent environment
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal instruction

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
  • Post high school training and/or education
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • For Assistant Manager / Lead Detail Tech – prior supervisory experience
