Terra Management Services, LLC, a growing Florida community association management firm, seeks an experienced, energetic, and motivated, licensed Community Association Manager who will assist the VP of Operations in supervision, training, and assessment of management staff members. In addition to acting in a supervisory role, the successful candidate will manage a small portfolio of 3 or 4 properties and act as a liaison with Board members to ensure the quality of the company’s management product. This position is a precursor to a position as Director of Operations.

Success in this position requires excellent organizational, computer and technical skills, the ability to quickly assimilate the Company’s processes and procedures, and the ability to convey that knowledge to others. Prior community association management experience, experience in a prior supervisory role, or training and development experience is a must. Experience with CALIBER association management software is a plus, as is experience with purchasing, construction, landscaping, and property maintenance. It is expected that the candidate will have a professional attitude and demeanor, good writing and speaking skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Company dress is business casual. Reliable transportation is necessary. The position is based out of Terra’s Lake Magdalene area corporate office. This position requires periodic attendance at community meetings which normally take place in the evening.
