You will be responsible for setting up systems required to run a real estate business. You should have a degree in business along with a minor in marketing and social media. Real estate background is not needed; however, you should be a quick study. You will be responsible for Lead generation systems and buyer and seller systems. You will be talking to past clients, new and existing clients with a focus on customer service. Many more things are required of this role we can discuss later.
