Assistant Front Office Manager
Providing genuine, engaging, sincere, personalized service to turn moments into memories for Opal Sands Guests.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following;
* Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
*Communicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift and areas of operation.
*Train new front desk team members.
*Assist guests regarding resort facilities in an informative and helpful way.
*Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
Qualifications
*Passion for guest services.
*Excellent written & verbal communication.
*Fluency in English.
*Minimum of 1 year previous proven supervisory experience.
*Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
*Computer proficiency in a Windows environment. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
