We are seeking a professional Assistant Manager, this is for one of Tampa’s most unique properties, and great venue that is looking for a focused professional that wants to grow in this position. This opportunity has AMAZING growth potential for the right candidate, we are seeking a partner who can see the vision and be part of our success.

Assistant Facilities Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Works with General Manager to maintain building standards
  • Directs in house cleaning crews to maintain all areas of the building day and night
  • Assists in the hiring and training of new employees
  • Oversight of all restaurant and building maintenance issues
  • Ownership mentality works within budgets and has a guest first mentality

Assistant Facilities Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in property management managing staff of 20 or more employees
  • A Respectful Leader, Sound Decision Maker, preferably with restaurant background
  • A clear communicator must be able to identify breakdowns and resolve at the moment
  • A passion for hospitality, and create a culture of teamwork
  • Strong attention to the details, and a commitment to guest services​
