Functional area: Maintenance and upkeep of multi-family residential housing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plumbing
Electrical
Appliance repair
Efficient completion of work order tickets
Inspect, schedule and complete make-ready of vacant apartments
Identify, schedule and execute preventative maintenance projects
Respond to weekend calls on a rotating basis
Keep accurate records of service requests, expenditures and unit make ready status
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
HVAC Certification
Pool Certification is highly desirable
